Head down to your local hardware store to purchase some 1" electrical conduit. You will need 4 - 40" pieces for the legs and an 80" piece for the hanging bar, and you will be ready to go!
1/4" AR500 target shooting kit is good for Pellet, 22LR, 380, 9mm, 357mag, 40 cal, 45 ACP.
Rifle calibers are not recommended for 1/4 thickness plates.
